These terms cover the public website at buyinvestrentsell.com and related office communications. The site is operated from 2016 US Hwy 31 N, Pine Level, AL 36022 by BuyInvestRentSell.com. The Irvine Group and Irvine Builders are separate companies described on this site. Using the site means you agree to these terms.
Not an offer until it is in writing
Pages on this site are general information. They are not a listing contract, a lease, a construction contract, or legal advice. Alabama MLS listings appear only when an IDX feed is connected. Until then, any search cards marked “sample layout” are layout only — not live addresses or prices.
Three companies
Real estate sales are BuyInvestRentSell.com (Earl Irvine, qualifying broker, Alabama license #105152). Rentals and property management are The Irvine Group, with applications and inventory at theirvinegroupllc.com and the leasing contact form at theirvinegroupllc.com/contact. Construction is Irvine Builders. A message sent to the wrong desk may be forwarded, but you should use the email that matches the work.
Fair housing
We follow federal, Alabama, and local fair-housing law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class.

This rental-tenant program is separate from Office staff SMS. If you provide a mobile number to The Irvine Group in connection with a rental application, showing, or maintenance request, you may receive transactional SMS from the office. Contact forms
Do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive account secrets through the public form. Use the application or document path we give you for that.
